Definitions
The Publisher: The company NVEIL, which publishes online communication services and the NVEIL AI SaaS software.
The Site: All websites, internet pages, and online services offered by the Publisher, including the showcase site (www.nveil.com) and the SaaS application (app.nveil.com).
The User: The person using the Site, the application, and the services: You.
Nature of Data Collected
As part of the use of the Sites and the Application, the Publisher may collect the following categories of data:
- Identity Data: Full name, email address, phone number (during registration, contact, or newsletter subscription).
- Connection and Usage Data: Identifiers (encrypted password), connection logs, IP address, browser type.
- Navigation Data (Cookies): Browsing behavior on the site via Google Analytics.
- Financial Data (if applicable): In the event of a paid subscription, transaction history is kept (Note: Complete bank details are processed directly by our secure payment provider, Stripe, and are not stored on our servers).

- Performance of the Contract (SaaS): Account creation, software access, technical support.
- Consent: Newsletter distribution and analytical cookies placement.
- Legitimate Interest: Service improvement, software security, fraud prevention, usage statistics.
- Legal Obligations: Retention of invoices and accounting data.
Recipients and Data Transfer
Your data is strictly confidential. It is only shared with the following recipients, essential for service delivery:
- NVEIL’s internal departments (support, technical, administrative).
- Our technical hosting providers (located within the European Union).
- Our payment provider (Stripe) for subscription management.
- Third-party tools for audience analysis (Google Analytics) and email delivery.
Transfers outside the European Union: NVEIL prioritizes data processing within the EU. However, some providers (e.g., Google Analytics, email tools) may be located outside the EU. In such cases, NVEIL ensures these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses).
